Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) is a supplemental dental and vision insurance program. BENEFEDS administers the program, which includes enrollment, plan changes and premium payment processes. FEDVIP offers self only, self plus one, and self and family plan options. To compare plans, go to benefeds.gov.
You can newly enroll, change current enrollment, or cancel enrollment in the FEDVIP Program through the BENEFEDS website. You can also call FEDVIP at 1-877-888-3337 (or TTY 1-877-899-5680).
